Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology. It uses muscle testing to identify underlying imbalances or stresses in the body, which may relate to emotional, mental, physical or spiritual wellbeing.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through all living things. This energy is called "ki" in Japanese and "qi" in Chinese.
